0 Won't Stop Screaming Til' It's Over & You Surrender

I'll Scream to Subdue the Pain.
I'm head over heels above 100 decibels,
My head's about to explode & I feel like you've put me in Hell
If My pitch could rupture the tendons that hold his heart in place I would only bellow a little longer&louder so that they tore just as mine did when I took the chance to let you in.
I'd increase the pressure of my melody to which only my Sorrow combined knows the disdain.
Because only you feel the pain and only you are capable of numbing me. from this solitude that I feel when these gray walls contract systematically beneath the thin sheet of glycerin that covers them so auspiciously.
So while I parade my gloom on you at every opportunity it get. You may not like nor be intrigued by the fact that this affair appears to be cyclical at least to me. I do it so i can tell how your feeling like i'm a psychic that can read into your emotions althought you're miles away and through the technological parallels that separate us. You make me scream, in so many ways.. in my dreams, emotional physical, sexual, metaphorical
&& only I know. because no-one else knows what goes on when these two rose-pink sheets separate, yet they remain so unpredictable in everything that they say.
* I thought I lost you but it's clear you only went on a break and I needed something more depressing to drive me back into my emotional tirade of heartbroken poetry and solemnity before I could regress and get over this again.

This man inside me,
Screams for refuge,
He's locked within me
And wants to be set free
He often tells me
There's a world of opportunity
But I can't be afraid to turn against society,
They've been teaching Us
to lock that person up
And no good will come from climbing out the box,
So he wispers silently
To me when I'm asleep
And only in my dreams
Can I trully set him free
Its frightening its scary
The intimate lust he's made me feel
To forget about the barriers
And become a warrior
To give in to my instincts
Explore the deepest sensations
Secrets of the garden unmentioned
Sex, love, the aromatic juices as I go deeper,
Till we both whimper,
And discover the mysterious wonders of the tongue
Empty my heart out to each and everyone
And when its over and done
Ask myself the question
Is this freedom?

Title Song:
"Is this freedom?"
Lyrics:
Sweet disposition
Never too soon
Oh reckless abandon
Like no one's
Watching you

A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A kiss, a cry
Our rights, our wrongs
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh

Chorus
Just stay there
Cause I'll be comin over
And while our bloods still young
It's so young
It runs
And we won't stop til it's over
Won't stop to surrender

Songs of desperation
I played them for you
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A kiss, a cry
Our rights, our wrongs
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh

Chorus:
Just stay there
Cause I'll be comin over
And while our bloods still young
It's so young
It runs
And we won't stop til it's over
Won't stop to surrender

A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A kiss, a cry
Our rights, our wrongs (won't stop til it's over)
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A kiss, a cry
Our rights, our wrongs(won't stop til it's over)
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A kiss, a cry
Our rights, our wrongs (won't stop til it's over)
A moment, a love
A dream, a laugh
A moment, a love
A moment, a love (won't stop to surrender).

Model: L'Jai Dominique Perry
I had a little mini photoshoot today and i was a bit anxious to even post them to facebook incase the feedback was well... negative. I guess in a way I feel like there's alot of animosity towards me for... various unknown reasons; not that i'm complaining. I guess sometimes you need things like that in life to push you forward. Am I right or Am I wrong. So i t was pretty impromptu I came home from my exams and ready to start my 2-week holiday had a lovely bubble bath and well decided to put on makeup. Now usually i don't wear make-up as in... EVER and these photos honestly I have on the minimum amount of makeup.. i have on Black Eyeliner- MAC™ and Red Lipstick- Revlon™ ( i could pick up the carton and tell you guys the colour but it's on my windowsill and I really cannorrt be arrsked) anyways. I was initially plannin on straightening my hair but after putting on the cake i thought NAHR! I looked so SCENE uncombed Volumous hair and my bang the only thing missing was some funky hair dye, no worries it's winter i'll wait til the sun comes out to experiment :)
I must say thought i didn't intend for this to be a blog post i have so many things to write here so do expect many more posts in the next few...days/week well this month really as i'll be totallly flumped* when i go back to College. :)

anyways this is a preview of the pics depending on the feed back i may upload the album but as i said previously i don't wanna seem conceited when i'm not even good looking and just all over the net with pics and i'm just a lil' flopper*

ccyeaah i'm weird like that.
Anyways Enjoy

0 Remembering 2010: Top 10 Annoying Songs

Saturday, January 1, 2011

There is always a particular song we wish would go away. Here are 10 that I have chosen as the songs I think we've heard too many times this year. ...the 10 most annoying pop songs of 2010.

10. Taio Cruz - "Dynamite"

Taio Cruz - "Dynamite"
Add caption

Yes, it's catchy, but it's hard to understand after awhile exactly why Taio Cruz needs to repeat nearly every other word. In just the beginning, dance, plans, hands, and brands are each repeated four times. As Taio Cruz sings, it goes on and on and on...

9. Vybz Kartel ft. Popcaan & Gaza Slim

It would seem that The Heatwave run on Jamaican time, as they just hit us up with their biggest tune of the month - but I figured it was worth a blog post all of it's own.  It's Vybez Kartel ft Popcaan and Gaza Slim, and it's about the glory that is Clarks shoes.  Weird, since for most of us in the UK, Clarks=school shoes.  In fact, it's basically an advert for them; but it's a lot of fun anyway, and annoyingly catchy - you'll be singing about Clarks for the rest of the afternoon

8. 3OH!3 featuring Ke$ha - "My First Kiss"

"My First Kiss" - 3OH!3 featuring Ke$ha
3OH!3 unleashed what is arguably the trash pop masterpiece of the year. It can definitely make you smile and laugh and singalong the first several times through, but the, "Can I get you out your panties" line is not so funny after awhile. And do we really care so much now of how that first kiss went?

7. Glee Cast - "Don't Stop Believing"

It's absolutely delicious - a big gooey chocolate fudge cake of a musical serenade! The Glee version is bright, bouncy and almost ridiculously big-hearted, featuring "da-da-da" backing vocals, lashings of brass, a shamelessly cheesy guitar solo and a powerhouse vocal performance, if it doesn't make you grin from ear to ear, I don't know what will.

6. Yolanda Be Cool and DCUP - "We No Speak Americano"

Yolanda Be Cool and DCUP - "We No Speak Americano"Courtesy Sweat It Out
You know the first time through as you are smiling at the clever pastiche of 50s Italian pop music and contemporary electronics that you are going to get tired of this. Perhaps the most annoying element is those pregnant pauses that are so much fun the first time through but leave you just wanting to say, "Get on with it!" as the radio plays the song over and over again.

5. Lady Gaga - "Alejandro"

Lady Gaga - "Alejandro"
It's not really that there is anything in particular wrong with Lady Gaga'sseventh consecutive top 10 pop hit, but the somewhat forced cleverness here wore thin more quickly than for any of the other hits. "But I just can't be with you like this anymore...Alejandro!" This line either makes me laugh or cringe at this point when I hear it. Neither feels like a tribute to pop genius. I now also remember just how annoying "The Sign" by Ace of Base got when it was a radio staple. If you don't automatically think of Ace of Base when you hear "Alejandro," go back and listen to both again.

4. Lil Wayne -"Single"

Lil Wayne - I'm Not a Human Being
Lil Wayne gives the relationship status a reason to be broadcasted. That’s part of the reason most people like Lil Wayne, is the realness he brings to the game. Sales propelled the song into the top 20, but the track is best forgotten by most pop fans.

3. Ke$ha - "Your Love Is My Drug

"

Ke$ha - "Your Love Is My Drug"

Let's be up front. For many pop fans, Ke$ha is hands down the most annoying pop star of the year. I actually do quite enjoy some of her clever lyrical exercises. However, this is the Ke$ha hit that very very quickly wore out its welcome for me. There is something about the cheap and tacky sounding backing track coupled with Ke$ha's drunk Barbie giggle near the end which sets my teeth on edge. And, "I like your beard," clearly has to be the most annoying non sequitur of the year in pop music.

2. Willow Smith - "Whip My Hair"

Willow Smith - "Whip My Hair"
This is so easy to make fun of and parody. It is fun and exciting to imagine this as the work of a supremely enterprising nine year old. However, that in your face shout of, "I whip my hair back and forth!" is really grating after awhile. Are there really any other lyrics here? Oh yes, there is a verse, but it is really just a lifeless exercise to string together the looped shouts of, "I whip my hair back and forth!" Does it really make you want to whip your hair or pound your head...on the wall?

1. Soulja Boy Tell'em - "Pretty Boy Swag"

Soulja Boy Tell 'Em - "Pretty Boy Swag"
This is supposed to be a song. However, it is hard to detect much here beyond Soulja Boy bragging about his own sex appeal with an occasional "Ayyyy!!" and a skeletal beat and chord structure. "Pretty Boy Swag" is not only annoying, it eventually generates a good deal of boredom.
